Revolut hands 50,000 customers £20 after banking problems during the Black Friday sales – MoneySavingExpert

by MoneySaverExpert

Revolut contacted customers this week to let them know it had credited their account with £20 (or local currency equivalent), after some experienced delays in making purchases and transfers or topping up their cards during the Black Friday sales last month.

The financial app confirmed to MSE that just under 50,000 people out of its 18 million customer base received the credit, and added that it had emailed those affected to let them know.
